As the sun shined through the clear blue skies in Tillsonburg, ON, The
Bridges golf course welcomed I.M.A. Ltd. for their annual company golf day and luncheon.
Whether golfers or non-golfers, all thirty
I.M.A. Ltd. staff members were randomly placed into teams of four and invited
to participate in a 9-hole game of Scramble (also known as “Best Ball”). The
golf day served to be the perfect team building event, as staff members enjoyed
a fun and relaxing day outdoors, while getting to know their colleagues better
and assisting each other to improve their game.
As the groups rolled into the clubhouse at
the end of the day, there was nothing but smiles and laughs all around. The day
was a success and it was clear that the event had served its purpose, to give
staff a well-deserved break from the office and strengthen team relationships.
